Farmhouse "Il Borgo": Info prices 2009/2010 and regulation guests

*The rooms with a bath at floor have an additional price of 20€ each person during low season periods until 35 € each person during very high season.

Weekend rates:
- Appartaments, 35 € each persons a day,for at least two days during low and middle season and 40 € each persons during high and very high season
- Rooms with a bath at the floor: with at least two days of overnight stay, during low and middle season ,is 35 € each persons, and 40 € each persons during high and very high season.

EXTRA PAY :
- Final cleaning of the flats La Loggia, Lo Chalet, Gli Archi, La suite gli Olivi, is 50 €
- Final cleaning of the flats Il Pino e I Cipressi is 70 €
- Final cleaning of the flat Il Melograno is 80 €
- Final cleaning of the flat Gli Olivi is 100 €
- Washings, 13 euro each persons

These are supplemetary proces which are excluded from daily and weekly prices:
- For the heating of the lillte apartments 10 € ,and for those apartments who are bigger is 15 €.

RESERVATION:
If you want to book an apartment in our  farmhouse “il Borgo”, please complete the form with your information, specifying also the type of apartment in which you are  interested (La Loggia, Gli Archi, Il Pino, Il Melograno, I Cipressi), the date of your arrive and how long you decide  to stay. We will answer you as soon as possible and we will send a confirmation e-mail or fax. This however will be only a provisional acceptance. The reservation becomes final only after you, together with a copy of the notice of confirmation, will have deposited at least 50% of the total price corresponding to the reservation (including bank transfer). For organizational purposes, the deposit should be  arrive at our location  within 5 days after the date on provisional booking. After the regularization of the deposit, you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation. Bookings are valid from hours 13.00 on the day of arrival till 10.00 on the day of departure.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The deposit of 50% of the total price,  must be accompanied by the notice of confirmation. The final balance can be made directly to the cashier, "Il Borgo" or travelers checks or credit card.

SURRENDER TO THE CUSTOMER:
The cancellation of the final reservation must be made with a written letter and involves the loss of the anticipated sum as deposit for the reservation.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION BY OWNER OF “ IL BORGO”:
In case that a specific reservation can not be available as it has been decided and there is no acceptable alternative , the entire amount of money as  deposit reservation  will be all  return to the costumer as soon as possible.

FILING DAMAGE:
Upon arrival require a deposit of EUR 150, which will be retain by the owner of "Il Borgo" until the end of the holiday: if there will be no damage caused by the customer, the money given by you will be completely restored after cut any extra . In case of damage or  any bad problems it  will be immediately given back to the costumer.

INSURANCE STAFF FOR TRAVELERS:
We advise you to purchase an  adequate insurance for the trip.” Il Borgo”" does not accept any responsibility if the customer has not signed any insurance before.
